European stocks rise ahead of key data

European stocks rebounded on Friday following a sharp selloff in bond markets.

While technology stocks led sector gains with a 2.2% rise. Investors are focused on preliminary euro-area inflation data, which could provide fresh signals about the European Central Bank's monetary policy outlook.

Markets are also awaiting the U.S. nonfarm payrolls report. Economists expect 90,000 jobs to have been added in September, with the unemployment rate remaining at 4.1%.

A stronger employment report could influence expectations for Federal Reserve policy, while elevated bond yields and oil prices above $100 a barrel remain key risks for global markets.
