70% of EspressoLab sold to UAE company
UAE-based Mair Group has signed an agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Eslab Kahve, the owner of Turkish coffee chain EspressoLab.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed, while the company’s founders and existing shareholders will retain a 30% stake and continue to take part in management.
The share transfer will be completed following regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of closing conditions. As of August 2026, EspressoLab operated more than 400 cafés across 21 countries, including over 310 locations in Türkiye. The deal will mark Mair Group’s first international acquisition since it began trading on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange at the end of 2024.
