Payment schedule for fund investors under review
At the second meeting of the Fund Coordination Board, chaired by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, officials discussed payments to investors in funds undergoing liquidation.
In line with decisions taken by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) on September 30, the meeting reviewed efforts to calculate net investment amounts, secondary regulations and the payment schedule.
Officials also worked on a draft amendment to the Capital Markets Law and instructed relevant institutions to finalize the proposed regulation. It was emphasized that the measures should not impose any additional burden on citizens, while authorities aim to resolve the problems affecting a limited part of the fund market quickly and effectively.
