Halkbank approves transfer of Halk Katılım stake
Halkbank (HALKB) has decided to transfer its 99.99% stake in Halk Katılım Bankası to TVF Katılım Finans Yatırımlar, a company operating under the Türkiye Wealth Fund (TWF).
The decision marks a significant planned change in Halk Katılım's ownership structure, drawing attention as part of the restructuring of Türkiye's public banking and participation finance sectors.
Once the transfer process is completed, controlling ownership of Halk Katılım is expected to pass to the relevant company under the Türkiye Wealth Fund.
