CMB freezes Tera's voting rights in Peker REIT
The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) has issued a new decision regarding Tera Yatırım Holding's acquisition of management control over Peker Real Estate Investment Trust (PEKGY).
According to the decision announced on October 19, 2026, the voting rights of Tera Yatırım Holding and its affiliated entities in Peker REIT were automatically suspended as of September 16, 2026, due to their failure to fulfill the mandatory tender offer obligation.
