Turkish regulator imposes trading bans on 67 individuals

Türkiye's Capital Markets Board (CMB) decided to file criminal complaints against 67 individuals and impose two-year trading bans following investigations into transactions involving shares of three companies.

According to the regulator's November 6, 2026 bulletin, criminal complaints were approved against 24 individuals in connection with Temapol Polimer Plastik (TMPOL), 22 involving İsvea Seramik (ISVEA), and 42 related to Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler (TERA). As some names appeared on multiple lists, the 88 entries covered 67 distinct individuals.

As part of the investigations, the CMB also decided to revoke capital markets licenses for the duration of the trading bans for 18 individuals linked to TMPOL transactions, nine linked to ISVEA, and 28 linked to TERA. In addition, trading restrictions limited to the relevant shares were imposed on Hedef Portföy Yönetimi, Tera Portföy Yönetimi, Tera Yatırım Bankası, and Mag Tarımsal Ürünler. The regulator also temporarily suspended Trive Yatırım Menkul Değerler's capital markets activities effective 12:01 a.m. on November 7, 2026.
