SPK temporarily suspends Tera Yatırım’s operations
Türkiye’s Capital Markets Board (SPK) has temporarily suspended the capital market activities of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ.
Under the decision, the company’s operations were suspended as of 6:10 p.m. on September 30, 2026.
The SPK said the decision was taken under Article 96, paragraph one of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the relevant provisions of the Communiqué on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Investment Firms. SPK regulations allow the temporary suspension of capital market institutions’ activities in cases including unlawful activities or transactions, as well as deterioration in their financial condition.
