Turkish lira’s real value rises
The PPI-based real effective exchange rate also increased by 0.51 points to 101.62 in September. Compared with the same period last year, the lira’s real value rose by 6.91 points on a CPI basis and 2.08 points on a PPI basis.
The Turkish lira’s real value increased slightly in September.
According to CBRT data, the CPI-based real effective exchange rate index rose by 0.45 points from the previous month to 105.45.
