Selcoin processes personal data as a data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Data is processed where necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, establish or protect a right, pursue a legitimate interest without harming fundamental rights, or where you have given explicit consent.
2. Categories and Collection Methods
Identity, contact, account-security, transaction, subscription, user-content, customer-support, device, log, usage, notification, portfolio, and preference data may be collected electronically through registration forms, application and website activity, support requests, service integrations, cookies, and SDKs.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed to manage membership and authentication, provide market, community, content, alert, portfolio, subscription and AI features, protect Platform security, prevent misuse, answer support requests, satisfy accounting and legal duties, and improve service quality.
4. Recipients and Transfers
When necessary and proportionate, data may be transferred to authorized public bodies, courts, professional advisers, infrastructure and security providers, payment providers, app stores, notification and communication providers, and other processors supporting the service. Cross-border transfers follow the procedures required by the KVKK.
5. Rights Under Article 11

- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about processing.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used consistently with that purpose.
- Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction, deletion, or destruction where the legal conditions are met and request notification of those actions to recipients.
- Object to a result arising exclusively from automated processing and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
