1. Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms govern your access to selcoin.io, the Selcoin mobile applications, APIs, community features, and related services (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate registration information and all activity under your account.
2. Service and No Investment Advice
Selcoin provides market data, news, editorial content, technical-analysis tools, alerts, portfolio tools, community features, live broadcasts, and AI-assisted information. Content is general information only and is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Acceptable Use and Community Rules
You must not:
- Use the Platform unlawfully, impersonate another person, harass users, publish illegal or infringing material, or manipulate community interactions.
- Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, distribute malware, scrape at harmful scale, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer protected parts of the Platform.
- Use automated output as the sole basis for a high-impact financial decision or represent Selcoin content as a guaranteed result.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Selcoin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the Platform. You remain responsible for your content and must have the rights required to submit it.
Selcoin may remove content, restrict accounts, or preserve records where necessary to enforce rules, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Premium terms, price, billing period, renewal, trial, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed and managed under the relevant store rules. Cancellation takes effect according to the purchase channel and does not automatically create a refund unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Except for user content and third-party material, the Platform, software, design, trademarks, and editorial content belong to Selcoin or its licensors. No right is granted except the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms.
7. Availability and Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Market data and third-party services may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selcoin is not liable for investment losses, indirect damages, service interruptions, or decisions based on Platform content.
8. Suspension, Termination, and Contact
You may stop using the Platform or request account deletion. Selcoin may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal necessity, or misuse. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
